NOWSHERA (RAJOURI): Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Chowdhary, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting of ongoing works under the District Capex Budget here.

The meeting was attended by ADC Nowshera, Babu Ram Tandon, ACD, Vijay Verma along with other district and sectoral officers.

During the meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister issued clear directives to expedite completion of all ongoing developmental works, ensuring adherence to quality standards. He emphasised the importance of timely project execution to meet the expectations of public and enhance the district’s infrastructure.

Underscoring the significance of responsive governance, the Deputy Chief Minister directed the officials to address public grievances at their doorsteps. He also called for strict implementation of the Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) at the grassroots level, ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery.

The Deputy Chief Minister further urged the officers to maintain a proactive approach in resolving issues faced by the public. He stressed the need for effective coordination among various departments for seamless execution of projects.
