Spl Lok-Adalat on MACT & Bank recovery cases on January 24th at Srinagar

Srinagar: As per the calendar of activities issued by J&K Legal Services Authority, a Special Lok-Adalat on MACT & Bank Recovery Cases is scheduled to be held on 24th of January, 2025 at District Court Complex Srinagar.
The special Lok Adalat is being convened for expected amicable settlement of MACT & Bank Recovery Cases, pending in the MACT, Bank court and Pre-Litigation & Pre-Institution Commercial Mediation applications in DLSA Srinagar.
Meanwhile, all concerned Ld. Advocates as well as Persons/ parties who desire to get their MACT & Bank Recovery Cases/ Matters settled through the said Special Lok-Adalat are informed that they may approach concerned court/ ADR Centre for referring their aforementioned nature of cases to the said Lok-Adalat for their amicable settlement.
