Two pedestrians dead in road accident at Ganderbal

Srinagar: A pedestrian lost his life after being run over by a truck on National Highway in the Barsoo Awantipora area of South Kashmir Pulwama district on Saturday.

An official told the news agency JKNS that the accident occurred when a truck, bearing registration number GJ39T-4614, traveling from Srinagar towards Anantnag, hit a pedestrian at Barsoo, Awantipora. Tragically, he died on the spot.
