Bandipora:- Residents of Sonawari are demanding a passenger shed at Sumbal, expressed displeasure over with the administration’s inaction.

Passengers from various areas, including Srinagar, Ganderbal, and Bandipora, gather at the Sumbal stop, but the lack of a shed causes them inconvenience.

Despite submitting applications to the Municipal Committee Sumbal, passengers were told that the shed falls under the R&B department.

However, when they approached the R&B department, they were informed that it pertains to the Municipal Committee Sumbal.

This bureaucratic back-and-forth has left passengers appealing to the District Administration to intervene and resolve the issue promptly.
