On Wednesday, a loaded civil truck toppled along the Karnah-Kupwara Highway, the sole communication lifeline connecting the remote town of Tangdhar. The truck accident, which occurred due to slippery road conditions caused by the heavy snow spell, left the crew stranded in perilous conditions.
