Srinagar The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah Sunday returned to Srinagar after completing the sacred Umrah pilgrimage.

He was warmly received by party functionaries, supporters, and well-wishers who gathered at his residence to welcome him with enthusiasm and heartfelt greetings.

Expressing his gratitude, Dr. Farooq Abdullah thanked Allah for granting him the privilege to undertake this spiritually fulfilling journey.

Reflecting on his prayers during the pilgrimage, Dr. Abdullah said that he sought Allah’s guidance in fulfilling the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He prayed for lasting peace, progress, and unity in the region and emphasized the importance of collective efforts to overcome challenges and work towards a brighter future for all.
