JAMMU, NOVEMBER 09: Fostering the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’, Jammu Kashmir Raj Bhawan today hosted the Foundation Day celebration of Uttarakhand. Students, Security personnel and the people of Uttarakhand living in J&K UT were the special invitees.
