FOOD SAFETY DEPARTMENT CONDUCTS MILK QUALITY DRIVE IN SRINAGAR CITY

Food Safety Department (FDA), Drug and Food Control Organization, conducted a surprise milk quality drive in Srinagar city earlier today. The operation, carried out by Food Safety Officer (FSO) Zone 1,Zone II and Zone IV aimed to inspect the quality of loose milk supplied in the city.

28 legal samples of loose milk collected for analytical.Drive focused on ensuring compliance with food safety standard- Intensified inspections to continue in Srinagar city in coming days
