SHOPIAN, NOVEMBER 07: Deputy Commissioner, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar today held a meeting of officers of the district to review the progress of self employment and livelihood generation schemes.
The DC took department wise review and summary of achievements registered against the fixed targets of various schemes of various departments including Horticulture, Agriculture, Industries, Employment, RDD, NRLM, Social Welfare, Sheep, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Sericulture, JKEDI, ITI and Banks.
The officers apprised the chair regarding scheme implementation progress of their respective departments and steps being taken to achieve the cent percent target during the current year.
Meanwhile, DC sought submission of new requisitions against pending applications from departments who achieved targets already and instructed others to complete the targets promptly.
The meeting was ttended by ADDC, Dr.Nasir Ahmad Lone, ACD, GM DIC, other district officers.
