KULGAM, NOVEMBER 02: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan today chaired a comprehensive meeting with Officers from various departments to review the progress made under several key government schemes and programmes.

The review covered multiple initiatives, including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Urban (PMAY-U), Self Help Group (SHG) bank linkage targets, construction of Individual Household Latrines (IHHLs), annual vaccination under the National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP), ABHA ID generation, institutional deliveries and the Janani Suraksha Yojana.

Further, the DC assessed the progress of functional household tap connections, passbook generation for beneficiaries, coverage under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) and Non-Priority Household (NPHH) categories as well as schemes like PM KUSUM, PM Formalization of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME), Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.

The DC emphasized for achieving 100 percent saturation in all the schemes and programmes. He directed officers to intensify efforts and ensure no eligible beneficiary is left out.

The importance of inter-departmental collaboration, timely reporting, and rigorous monitoring was also underlined to ensure efficient implementation and to meet the desired outcomes.

The meeting was attended by Joint Director Planning Zahid Sajjad, Assistant Commissioner Development Syed Naseer, Assistant Commissioner Revenue Mushtaq Ahmad Lone, Executive Engineers, and other officers from various departments.
