Arif Raja has been appointed as the Membership Drive Incharge for the entire Kashmir Valley, overseeing the campaign’s reach. BJP General Secretary (Organization) Ashok Koul kickstarted the membership drive in Srinagar and Budgam, while designated incharges launched the campaign in other districts. In Srinagar, Senior BJP Leader Manzoor Bhat has been named as the District Membership Drive Incharge. The drive’s launch included a workshop organized by BJP Srinagar, announcing constituency incharges, in the presence of District President Srinagar Ashok Bhat and Senior Leader and Former MLC Shahnaz Ganie.

Addressing the attendees, Ashok Koul recounted BJP’s impressive growth in membership during previous drives in 2014 and 2019, achievements that established the BJP as the largest political party globally, surpassing even the Communist Party of China.

Koul urged all individuals above the age of 18 to join as primary members by calling the dedicated number, 8800002024. This campaign is part of the broader Sadasyata Abhiyan 2024, launched on September 2, 2024, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President JP Nadda. The BJP remains resolute in its commitment to strengthening its membership and its bond with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
