In his address, Ashok Koul hailed Dogra as a great leader who played a pivotal role in leading the Praja Parishad movement and the “Ek Pradhan, Ek Vidhan, Ek Nishan” (One Leader, One Constitution, One Flag) agitation, which eventually achieved success. He emphasized that Pt. Prem Nath Dogra dedicated his life to the complete integration of Jammu & Kashmir with the rest of India. Koul added that Dogra’s vision was realized under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Koul highlighted that Pt. Dogra embodied a life of high moral values and strong principles. He led the struggle for “Ek Vidhan, Ek Nishan, Ek Pradhan” with great determination, which resulted in the abolition of the separate post of Prime Minister in J&K. Thanks to the leadership of the BJP under PM Modi, the mission of fully integrating the former state of J&K with India has been accomplished.

Recounting the achievements of the late Pt. Prem Nath Dogra, Koul described him as one of the most towering leaders of his time, who spearheaded the Praja Parishad Movement for J&K’s full integration with India. He urged party workers to follow Dogra’s path and uphold high standards by serving the people and the nation selflessly.
