Later, Er Rashid held a detailed meeting with the Geology and Mining Department, focusing on the sustainable extraction and management of local resources. He raised concerns about the environmental impact of unregulated mining and stressed the need for adopting practices that protect natural resources while enabling economic growth.

The MP urged the department to ensure proper checks on illegal mining activities. The meeting also explored potential opportunities for the region to develop local industries around mineral resources, creating jobs and boosting the local economy.

Furthermore, Er Rashid chaired a review meeting with the Rural Development Department, where he discussed the progress of ongoing rural development schemes. During the meeting, the MP sanctioned Rs 30 lakhs for installing lights in rural areas to improve public safety and infrastructure.

Additionally, he approved the allocation of 30% of the material components for various development schemes, ensuring that essential resources are available for the timely execution of projects.
