SHOPIAN, OCTOBER 07: The second Randomisation of the counting staff for 36-Zainapora and 37-Shopian Assembly Constituencies was today conducted here for the vote counting to be held on 8th of October, 2024.
The exercise was conducted by District Election Officer (DEO) Shopian, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar at Mini Secretariat Shopian in presence of Counting Observor, Zainapora, Jeevan Babu K and Counting Observor, Shopian, Roohi Khan and respective ROs.
In the process, staff members designated as Counting Supervisors, Counting Assistants and Micro Observers were allotted to Assembly Constituencies of 36- Shopian and 37- Zainapora.
The Randomisation was done through dedicated software where the counting staff was allotted randomly among the two ACs of the district.
Third randomisation shall be done on the Day of counting, 8th October, at 5:00 A.M in which tables shall be allotted to the counting staff.
ADDC, ADC, ROs, Dy. DEO, DIO and other officers were also present on the occasion.
