Srinagar:- Mohammad Yakub Dunoo, a dedicated social activist and Central Kashmir Incharge of the National Loktantrik Party, recently expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the International Human Rights Organisation (IHRO) for honoring him with a prestigious certificate.
