BANDIPORA, SEPTEMBER 13: In a vibrant display of civic engagement, a balloon release ceremony was held today at the mini secretariat Bandipora as part of the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme.

The initiative aims to raise voter awareness and encourage electoral participation among the public.
