PULWAMA, SEPTEMBER 05: Police Observer, Akhilesh Kumar for the ongoing Assembly elections conducted a comprehensive visit to Pulwama and Pampore constituencies today.
He visited Government Higher Secondary School, Kakapora and Government Higher Secondary School, Nehama where he interacted with local residents to assure them of free, fair and transparent elections.
During his interactions, Kumar gathered valuable feedback from the public regarding election preparations and reassured them that all necessary precautions, as per the guidelines of the Election Commission of India (ECI), would be strictly implemented to ensure a smooth electoral process.
In addition, Kumar inspected various Static Surveillance Team (SST) nakas across the district of Pulwama, with specific checks at the 24/7 nakas located at Kandizal and Koil crossings.
He also visited Sathergund, a village in Kakapora, where he engaged with local voters to understand the issues popped up during previous elections and assured to address their concerns for the upcoming polls.
Police Observer reaffirmed the commitment of the administration to ensure the security and integrity of the electoral process.
