PULWAMA, SEPTEMBER 03: The Expenditure Observer (EO) for Pulwama, Srikanth N convened a crucial meeting with candidates, their representatives and representatives of various political parties at the District Administrative Complex in Pulwama, today.
During the meeting, the Expenditure Observer emphasized the importance of adhering to the expenditure guidelines laid down by the Election Commission of India.
