Kulgam, Sep 02 One minor girl drowned to death in Irrigation Canal in South Kashmir’s Kulgam District on Monday.
Sources told that an incident happened at Laisoo Gudder area of kulgam district in which one minor girl namely Zaira Imtiyaz, (3) daughter of Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat, drowned while playing near an irrigation canal and accidentally fell into the said canal.
They said that Soon, after the incident people over there rushed to the said spot and immediately rushed her to district Hospital Kulgam where doctors declared her brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, Police have taken the Cognizance of the incident.–(BAN)
