RAMBAN, AUGUST 28: District Election Authority Ramban, under the guidance of District Election Officer, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, today organized an important election training session for Zonal and Sectoral Officers at Ramban.
The Expenditure Observer for District Ramban Sulekh Chand Jain, conducted an inspection of the ongoing training session to review the preparations and ensure that all necessary protocols are being followed for a smooth electoral process.
The training focused on familiarizing the officers with the operation of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) and Voter Verifiable Paper Audit Trail (VVPAT) systems, which are crucial for maintaining the integrity and transparency of the electoral process. The Expenditure Observer interacted with the staff participating in the training, emphasizing the importance of understanding these systems thoroughly.
Addressing the participants, the Expenditure Observer highlighted the significance of this training session in enhancing their skills in operating EVMs and VVPATs. He urged the officers to make the most of the training to acquire the essential knowledge required for the smooth and successful conduct of the elections.
An interactive session was also held where resource persons addressed various queries and concerns raised by the participants regarding their polling duties. This open dialogue ensured that all doubts were clarified, further strengthening the preparedness of the election staff.
