Srinagar, August 15, 2024 – In a historic first, the Kashmir Advocate’s Association has set a new benchmark by hosting a flag hoisting ceremony to celebrate the 78th Independence Day. This unprecedented event, held at their office within the Central Administrative Tribunal in Srinagar, marks a significant moment in the region’s history, as it is the first time any advocates association in Kashmir has organized such a commemorative ceremony.

The landmark event was led by Adv. Waseem Gul, President of the Kashmir Advocate’s Association, who had the honor of unfurling the national flag. This symbolic act not only represented a profound sense of national pride but also highlighted the association’s pioneering role in integrating patriotic observances within the professional domain.
