RAJOURI, JULY 23: In a significant step towards enhancing public grievance redressal, Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha today launched the JK Samadhan portal, an AI-based platform for citizens to register complaints and track their resolution.
The district administration Rajouri joined the launch event through live telecast from the DC office complex.
Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Om Prakash Bhagat, was also present on the occasion. Among the others, ADC Rajouri, Rajeev Kumar Khajuria; ACR, Mohammad Jhangir Khan; ACP, Sheraz Chowhan; DSHO, PP Sagotra; EXEN PDD Rajouri, Mohammad Rashid and other officers also attended the event.
The JK Samadhan portal, developed in partnership with Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications and Geo-informatics (BISAG-N) aims to provide a multilingual platform for citizens to register their grievances and track their resolution in real-time. The portal is designed to enhance accessibility and responsiveness, ensuring timely redressal of public grievances.
The launch event was widely attended, and the portal is expected to revolutionize public grievance redressal in Jammu and Kashmir. With the JK Samadhan portal, citizens can now register their complaints and track their resolution. This development is a significant milestone in the efforts of the Government to enhance public services and ensure good governance in the region.
