KULGAM, JULY 22: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan Monday chaired a meeting to review the progress and implementation of Prime Minister Kisan Urja Suraksha Evam Uthaan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM) in the district.
During the meeting, the DC emphasized the importance of extending the benefits of the PM-KUSUM scheme to the maximum number of farmers.
He instructed the stakeholder departments to receive applications and documents of beneficiaries promptly, and additionally directed them to identify a village for 100 percent saturation under the PM-KUSUM scheme, ensuring comprehensive implementation and maximum benefit for the local farming community.
The meeting was attended by JDP Zahid Sajjad, DAO, LDM and other officers.
