REASI, JULY 16: Deputy Commissioner Vishesh Mahajan convened a meeting today to review the operations of the Building Operation Controlling Authority regarding the town planning scheme in Ransoo.
DC Mahajan emphasized the importance of 17 enabled services for issuing permission for buildings in falling in the area of approved Ransoo Town planning schemes.
He stressed that through the usage of the on-line portal, the people who intend to apply, may apply with an ease and all the processing shall be done through the portal for which the recommendation shall be sent to Housing and Urban development department.
DDC further highlighted that the committee has developed to adopt the UBBL-2021, guidelines for Ransoo Town Planning Schemes and also an account shall be opened for the depositing of fees. He asked XEN of Jal Shakti, PWD, JPDCL who are the members of the committee to keep their respective records and field staff ready for field checking.
He further directed that the copies of Ransoo Town planning schemes be displayed at Niabat Ransoo at tehsil office Pouni for the public and Tehsildar Reasi will create awareness for the same.
EO SSKSB Pardeep Kumar, ACR Anshumali Sharma, XEN PWD, Jal Shakti and JPDCL, Town Planner Udhampur/Reasi, EO MC Reasi attent the meeting.
