AIBOA Jammu Kashmir Ladakh committee today held it’s second executive meeting in srinagar

The meeting chaired by it’s President com Riyaz Ahmed was attended by representatives from various Banks officer Associations operating in different districts of JK and ladakh who deliberated on various issues concening Bank staff in two UTs.

The meeting expressed it’s deep anguish on non implementation of Wage revision by JK Bank till date. The meeting while discussing issues of work life balance of Banking staff, staff accountability opacity and affect of Agreed and ODI list on career progression of staff in various banks called upon concerned quarters to abide by the law of land while interpreting the law and rules framed by appropriate Govt under these laws.
