Karnah Kupwara : An Indian Army officer held an informative session at the Youth Centre Tangdhar, Kupwara, aimed at spreading awareness among Lambardars (village heads) and Chowkidars (village watchmen) from various local villages. The class focused on educating these key community figures on crucial issues and best practices for effective village management.
