Srinagar, 28 June 2024 : JIM and WS team members under the leadership of Colonel Hem Chandra Singh, the Principal of JIM and WS successfully summited following four peaks in the Ladhak Region :-
(a) Kang Yatse ll ( 6250mt) dated 21 Jun 2024.
(b) Kang Yatse l (6415mt) on 28 Jun 2024.
(c) Dzo jongo ll(6220mt)dated 01Jul 2024.
(d) Dzo Jongo l ( 6307mt) 01 Jul 2024.
The team successfully submitted four peaks about 6000m in our record time of 11 days. In addition, the team becomes the first team to carry out snowboarding from Mt Kangyatse-2.
The team also become the first team to successfully summit above mentioned four peaks consecutively in our record time of 11 days.
