KULGAM, JULY 03: Continuing the endeavors to ensure early redressal of grievances and issues of people at their door steps, the District Administration Kulgam today organized public outreach programmes as part of weekly Block Diwas in three blocks of the district viz. Devsar, Kulgam and D.H Pora.
The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan presided over a mega grievances redressal camp at Devsar and took appraisal of issues of people in grievances redressal camp.
The grievance redressal programme witnessed participation of people from Akhal, Maskhud, Devsar, Sopat and other areas who put forth various developmental and welfare demands.
The Deputy Commissioner and other officers actively listened to the issues and grievances of the people at a public grievances redressal camp held in Devsar.
Speaking at the event, the Deputy Commissioner assured the attendees that all their concerns have been noted for proper redressal.
Officers and heads of departments responded to the queries and grievances of the people pertaining to their departments and intimated them about various welfare schemes and ongoing developmental projects.
Among others who participated in the block devas including DDC member Devsar and Kilam besides ADC,Viqar Ahmad Giri, JDP Zahid Sajjad, ACD, Syed Naseer, ACP, Nazia Hassan,GM DIC Bashir Ahmad, Tehsildar BDO and other officers also attended the programme.
