Police recovers illicit timber in Baramulla; accused arrested

*June 22:* “`Police have recovered illicit timber in Zandfaran Sheeri, Baramulla and arrested the accused person involved in the commission of crime.

Acting on a reliable information, Police in Baramulla recovered 4 logs of illicit timber (Deodar) from vehicle bearing registration number JK05G-9381, driven by Nazir Ahmad Malik son of Mohd Ramzan resident of Kitchama Baramulla. Vehicle used in the commission of crime was seized besides, accused person has been arrested and shifted to Police Station Sheeri where he remains in custody.
