Awantipora, June 11 – The School of Business Studies, Islamic University of Science and Technology in collaboration with Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development and the Centre for Promotion of Micro and Small Businesses, have organized a two-day Business Fest at the campus. Inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof. Shakil Ahmad Romshoo, the event aims to train students in business dynamics.
Prof. Romshoo said that business and entrepreneurship are learnt by doing and such programmes help prepare our students to become leaders and job creators in the future. He further said that our goal is to equip our students with practical skills to be well-prepared for the dynamic business landscape.
Prof. Waseem Bari, said such events aim to promote entrepreneurship. Dean Business Studies Prof. Parvez A. Mir commended the students. The fest has been coordinated by Dr. Mohd Iqbal Khan and his team.
