DODA, JUNE 07: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Harvinder Singh has congratulated the proud parents of Deedwar, the topper of NEET 2024 in Jammu and Kashmir (UT).
In an interaction with Nasir Ahmed and Shafia Shabnum, both serving government officials, the DC commended their unwavering support and inspiration that contributed to their son’s remarkable achievement.
Nasir Ahmed serves at the Government GHS Puneja Thathri, while Shafia Shabnum is posted at the ADC office Bhaderwah. Hailing from Doda town, the parents have played a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding Deedwar towards academic excellence.
In recognition of their support and encouragement, the DC presented a shawl to Nasir Ahmed as a token of appreciation and presented gifts to the parents and Deedwar .
During the interaction, the DC emphasized the importance of parental support in nurturing young talents like Mr. Deedwar, expressing admiration for the family’s commitment towards the academic excellence of their son.
