Whereas, you were enrolled as Constable in Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police in year 2018 and was performing duties in Headquarter Coy of this unit.
Whereas, among others you were selected to under go undergo months BRTC held at PTS Manigam w.e.f vide PHQ signal and accordingly you relieved from this unit we.f (AN) with the directions to report the Principal PTS Manigam well in time for undergoing the said training course vide this office relleving order.
Whereas, you absented yourself on your own will and failed to report PTS Manigam for undergoing the said training course. Accordingly your unauthorized absence report was entered in the DD of Hors Coy of this unit vide.
Whereas, you were informed through SHO Police Station Pattan vide this office to report to PTS Manigam immediately for undergoing said training course but till date you have not reported neither in this unit nor PTS Manigam.
Whereas, the Principal PTS Manigam vide letter addressed to PHQ J&K with a copy of the same to this office has intimated that you have not reported PTS Manigam for undergoing said training course and accordingly you were again informed through SHO P/S Pattan Baramulla vide signal to report duties but you again fa faled to do so.
Whereas, the PHQ J&K vide has desired to communicate the reason for failure on your part for undergoing said training course and accordingly report to this effect was communicated to to PHQ J&K
Whereas, you have also absentad from duties overstay from leave wef departmental enquiry t to this effect has already been initiated by this office vide order issued under which is under process with Dy. Commandant of this unit for its completion
Whereas, show cause notices were served against you vide this office letter to report duties within seven days positively but you again failed to report duties til date and it clearly indicates that you are not interested to serve the department more
For giving you final opportunity before taking action against you, I Mahmood Ahmed (SSP) Commandant IRP 21 BN serve upon you a Final Notice with the direction to report in this unit within seven days from the date of receipt/publication of this notice, in case you failed to report within the stipulated time, action in pursuant to the rules shall be taken against you accordingly.
