EO Municipal Committee Uri Peerzada Shakeel Shaheen Shah Dies of ‘Heart Attack’

Srinagar, May 26 (GNS): Executive Officer, Municipal Committee Uri, Peerzada Shakeel Shaheen Shah, died of a ‘heart attack’ here on Sunday afternoon. He was 56.
Sources told GNS that Shah, an actual resident of Gundpora Rampora in Bandipora, suffered a massive heart attack while at his present residence at Rawalpora Srinagar. “He was subsequently removed to a nearby hospital, where he was declared as brought dead on arrival,” the sources said.
The funeral prayers to the departed soul are scheduled to be held after Maghrib prayers.
Notably, Shah had previously served as Executive Officer Municipal Committee Pampore. (GNS)
