SRINAGAR, MAY 20: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has condoled the passing away of Iran’s President Dr Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and Foreign Minister H. Amir-Abdollahian.
In a tweet, the Lt Governor said:
