BANDIPORA, APRIL 19: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Shakeel ul Rehman on Friday convened a meeting of concerned officers at Mini Secretariat, here to discuss ‘Monitoring of Quality Data for preparation of baseline report and computation of Panchayat Development Index.’

The meeting discussed in detail indicators of Panchayat Development Index (PDI), which evaluates the performance of Panchayats based on various development parameters.

The DC, on the occasion, emphasized to the officers that data submitted by field staff should be endorsed by concerned officers.

Stressing on early removal of bottlenecks, the DC stressed on close coordination among departments to ensure timely updation of all indicators on the PDI portal of the District

The meeting was attended by ADDC Bandipora, M Ashraf; ADC, Umar Shafi Pandit; ACR, Shabir Ahmad Wani; ACD, Mumtaz Ahmad Pir; Chief Planning Officer, M Maqbool; Chief Medical Officer, Chief Education Officer, Chief Agriculture Officer, BDOs and other concerned.
