The first joining saw the induction of over fifty individuals from Budgam Constituency, representing different political ideologies. In another significant gathering from Beerwah, more than hundred socio-political activists hailing from different political thoughts joined the party with much enthusiasm and fervour. Party functionaries Pervaiz Hilal, Fayaz Ahmad Mir, Mushtaq Ahmad were also present on the occasion.

While addressing the gathering, PC President highlighted the party’s public-centric agenda, emphasizing its vision as instrumental in attracting a diverse array of individuals to its ranks.

“People have unanimously embraced the call for positive change, envisioning an era of development and prosperity. Their alignment with PC’s leadership underscores the resonance of our agenda and the populace’s fervent desire for better representation and a promising tomorrow,” he remarked.

Questioning the achievements of the NC MPs, who have been elected by the people for more than half a century, Lone criticized them for failing to meet the hopes of the people and remaining mute spectators to the issues concerning the people of J&K.

“There is a lot of pain, agony, and suffering among the people, and only those who understand it can truly speak up for them in the Parliament. Until now, MPs from Kashmir have consistently failed to uphold the public mandate, displaying blatant political ineptitude and willful improvidence,” he said.

He further said that for a long time, the people of J&K have yearned for an authentic voice from within their midst to genuinely represent their aspirations in the corridors of power.

“Today, they have entrusted our party leadership with this noble task, as evidenced by the numerous joinings and outpouring of love from the public at large. We are wholeheartedly committed to fulfilling this responsibility,” he stated.
