Residents of Badhana Mohalla Nachiyan are facing severe distress due to ongoing pipeline damage that has not only destroyed cultivable land but is now posing a threat to over a dozen houses in the area. The affected residents, including Ali Akbar Badana, Mushtaq Ahmad Badana, and Sajad Ahmed Badana, are urgently appealing to the authorities to intervene and address the situation before it worsens further.

The residents have highlighted that this pipeline leakage issue has persisted for over a decade, but the recent escalation is causing unprecedented concerns. Despite a pipeline being laid just four months ago, the constant leakage has become a persistent headache for the local community.

Speaking on behalf of the affected populace, Ali Akbar Badana expressed grave concern over the deteriorating condition, emphasizing that the damage has now extended to vital residential areas, jeopardizing the safety of families and properties. Mushtaq Ahmad Badana stressed the urgency of immediate action from authorities, emphasizing that delay in addressing this issue could lead to irreparable harm to both land and homes. Sajad Ahmed Badana echoed similar sentiments, urging officials to step in promptly to prevent further escalation of the crisis.

The residents collectively implore the concerned departments to conduct a thorough investigation into the causes of this recurrent pipeline damage and to take effective measures to rectify the situation. They emphasize that a long-term solution is urgently needed to safeguard lives, livelihoods, and the environment of Badhana Mohalla Nachiyan.

Local authorities have been urged to prioritize this matter and ensure swift action to mitigate the escalating risks posed by the damaged pipeline. Residents remain hopeful that their appeals will be met with immediate and effective intervention to alleviate the distress plaguing their community.

When approached with the concerns regarding the pipeline damage, Executive Engineer Shah Jahan assured residents that the issue would be resolved promptly within a week. This commitment from the authorities has provided a glimmer of hope to the affected residents who are eagerly awaiting a lasting solution to this longstanding problem.

The residents expressed gratitude for the assurance given by Engineer Shah Jahan and remain optimistic that the imminent resolution will alleviate their anxieties and restore normalcy to Badhana Mohalla Nachiyan. They look forward to the swift implementation of corrective measures to prevent any further disruption caused by the damaged pipeline.
