*April 09:* “`Police in Pulwama have arrested 03 absconders who were evading their arrest from decades and who are involved in Case FIR No. 193/1989 u/s 379/RPC of PS Rajpora and FIR No. 360/2012 U/s 379,380,547,511,120-B, 457 RPC of PS Pulwama.

 

Warrants under section 512 CrPC issued by Hon’ble Court Special Mobile Magistrate Pulwama against accused persons namely Ajab Hussain Shah son of Athar Shah resident of Sangerwani, Mushtaq Ahmad Turk son of Hassan Turk Khan and Javid Ahmad Khan son of Haider Khan, both residents of Bariangan Anantnag who were evading their arrest from decades, were executed and the accused were arrested by special police teams of PS Rajpora and PS Pulwama.

 

Subsequently, the arrested accused persons were produced before the Hon’ble Court of Law.

 

Our consistent actions against anti-social elements should reassure the community members that we are making every effort to keep our society free of crime. Police has resolved to act as per law against those who indulge in criminal activities.“`
