Srinagar, Mar 21 : A 37 -year-old Lineman died in after he fell from an electric pole in Central Kashmir budgam district on Thursday afternoon officials said.
They told that one Farooq ah wani of Aripath budgama Power Development Department (PDD) lineman, was repairing an HT line native village of Budgam district when he fell from the pole.
They said that Farooq was rushed to nearby hospital Budgam where he was shifted to SKIMS Soura for advanced treatment, however, he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the Police has registered a case and started an investigation in this regard.(KS)
