Isha prayers at Dargah Hazratbal at 10:00 PM, Jamia Masjid at 09:30 PM
Srinagar, Feb 24 : As the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Barat approaches, the valley of Kashmir is abuzz with preparations to ensure a memorable and meaningful celebration for the devotees.
The Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board has put in place adequate arrangements to ensure the comfort and well-being of worshippers during this sacred night.
An official told that every effort has been made to cater to the needs of the devotees on the auspicious occasion.
Speaking to a local resident Zahoor Ahmad said it’s reassuring to see the authorities taking proactive steps to ensure the comfort and safety during Shab-e-Barat. “This allows us to focus on the spiritual significance of the night without worrying about logistical concerns,” he said.
Notably, on the occasion of Shab-e-Barat, Isha prayers will be offered at the historic Jama Masjid in Srinagar at 09:30 PM, at Dargah Hazratbal Srinagar, the prayers will be offered at 10:00 PM.
The night-long prayers will also be observed at the religious places—(KNO)
