Srinagar, Feb 24 : A minor boy died after drowning outside his home at Udina area of north Kashmir on Saturday evening.
An official told that the boy identified as 3-year-old Sakib Abass son of Sajad Hussain Dar of Udina drowned in the pond adjacent to his home.
How’ver, the body was retrieved and was immediately taken to nearby hospital where from doctors referred him JVC hospital Srinagar where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
Meanwhile, police took cognizance of this incident. (KS)
