Budgam 15th Feburary 2024
On 14th Feburary 2024 a Call was recieved by Police Station Magam ,reporting the recovery of Suspicious dead body in an open field .Following this report, an investigation under Section 174 of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC )Commenced .
The deceased was identified as *Kulsum Rehman D/O Ab Rehman Lone R/O Drung Tangmarg* .A suicide note recovered during a personal search of the deceased, implicated a local youth, alleging his involvement in her decision to commit Suicide due an alleged affair and subsequent denial of marriage. Prima facia seems to be a Case of poisoning related suicide abetted by the youth who was arrested in the Case.
According a Case FIR No *18/2024 under section 306 0f IPC* was registered at Police Station Magam and Further investigation taken up .
