179BN CRPF flags off 20  students for ‘Bharat Darshan’ tour from Sopore

Feb, 02 : Central Reserve Police Force(179BN)has organised a ‘Bharat Darshan’ (Know your Country) tour for 20 students from their headquarters at north Kashmir’s Sopore town.

The students will be taken to Mumbai as part of the tour.

The tour has been planned by CRPF’s 179 battalion to allow these students to understand and experience a different part and culture in the country besides will visit to places like Mumbai’s Taj hotel, Red fort in New Delhi and also in Parliament.

On the occasion Commandant Officer Shri Santosh Kumar Mall, DC Shri Abhay Singh Bhatti, DC Shri Ajeya Kumar, AC Shri Kalyan Singh, AC Shri Anand Kumar , AC Shri Shubham Shukla, Inspector RP Sharma besides other jawans were present on the flagging off ceremony.

Pertinently, two teachers are also participating in this tour.

Meanwhile, the students expressed happiness for this tour and thanked the 179BN CRPF for giving them the opportunity to explore outside Kashmir.
