Applicants need an 8th-12th grade pass certificate, a skill training certificate, an ITI Diploma, or a graduate degree to participate. This initiative offers young and aspiring individuals the opportunity to select from over 15 trades, including welding, electrical work, fashion designing, sewing technology, computer operation, mechanical work, among others. Moreover, successful candidates will receive certifications recognized by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training, significantly enhancing their employability post-training.

The primary aim of this program is to motivate companies and local establishments to engage more apprentices while aiding employers in identifying and nurturing talent through comprehensive training and practical skill development.
