January 07 : District Police Kulgam organised an impressive function to bid farewell to outgoing Deputy Commissioner(DC) Kulgam *Shri Bilal Mohiud-din Bhat-IAS* on his transfer to district Srinagar.
SSP Kulgam *Shri Sahil Sarangal-IPS* along with other senior officers of the District Police Kulgam were present on the occasion.
While extending their best wishes to the outgoing DC, the officers present in the function lauded the working style and leadership qualities of the outgoing Deputy Commissioner and extended their best wishes for his new assignment.
The DC thanked the officers for organising a cordial farewell and also appreciated the officers for putting in their best efforts in carrying out the official duties and assignments and also for their active support and cooperation during his tenure.
