KISHTWAR, JANUARY 06: Marwah Forest Division, under UT CAPEX Budget for 2023-24, has successfully constructed a Forest Trekking route from Watsar to Kachamnaag Temple.
This 2km trek route, initiated under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr. Devansh Yadav and supervised by DFO Marwah Vijay Kumar, offers a captivating journey along the Kishtwar Chhatroo Synthan Road.
The development project also includes a Camping Site, strategically created by the Forest Department to enrich the trekking experience. The site boasts a Wooden Shelter shed and Wooden Benches, providing comfort and convenience for trekkers amidst nature’s embrace.
To mark the inauguration of this thrilling trekking route, a trekking event is scheduled by the Forest Department on January 11, 2024.
