Srinagar,24 December 2023: In a show of camaraderie and support, the Civil Secretariat Union, led by former President Gulam Rasool Mir and its esteemed members, gathered to extend heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Atal Dulloo on assuming the role of Chief Secretary of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
