Karnah :Jammu and Kashmir Congress president, Waqar Rasool, urges the people to vote in favor of the Congress (CROSS) to fortify the party. Addressing concerns about electricity shortages and rising bills, Rasool pledges a reduction in electricity fees and forgiveness of KCC loans. He also vows affordable gas cylinders and emphasizes values of the Congress party, promising special police recruitment for border areas contingent on electoral support. Rasool asserts the necessity for the people of Jammu and Kashmir to bolster the Congress party, highlighting the BJP’s revocation of Article 370.
