DDC Reasi finalises arrangements for smooth conduct of VLW (JKSSB) Exam

Asks for adherence to highest standards of fair practices

REASI, DECEMBER 09: In anticipation of the forthcoming Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) examination for the post of Panchayat Secretary scheduled on December 10, 2023, District Development Commissioner Vishesh Mahajan today spearheaded a pivotal meeting. It included representatives from Magistrates, security forces, observers, Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, invigilators etc.

The collaborative session focused on strategic coordination among the stakeholders to fortify the integrity, fair practices and security of the examination process.

While eighteen examination centers have been set up to host 4106 candidates, the meeting aimed to ensure a well-coordinated, free, fair and secure environment for the aspiring candidates.

Crucial aspects discussed during the meeting included the deployment and responsibilities of security forces, observers, magistrates, Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, invigilators etc. The objective is to guarantee a smooth and fair conduct of the examination, upholding the highest standards of integrity.

DDC emphasized the need for proper arrangements, including drinking water, sanitation, lighting, and other basic amenities. Magistrates, Centre Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, Observers, and invigilators are deployed to ensure a fair and seamless examination process.

The DDC emphasized proper arrangements and directed security agencies to ensure thorough frisking.
