DODA DECEMBER 05: The Department of Agriculture Doda orchestrated a World Soil Day celebration at the Soil Testing Lab, here today.
Assistant Soil Chemist Haroon Hussain led the event and delivered an insightful lecture on the program’s importance.
Anil Gupta (CAO DOA) provided overall supervision, and Pawan Talwar, a District level SMS, graced the event as the guest of honor. Among the attendees were farmers and key figures like Touqeer Kafy (Lab Incharge), Wasim Abdullah, Wajahat Hussain, and Liaqat Ali. Their participation highlighted the collaboration between professionals and farmers in promoting awareness about soil health and sustainable agricultural practices, fostering a holistic approach to environmental stewardship.
